Policies & Procedures

​As there may be applications of techniques that need to be altered or avoided under certain circumstances, it is imperative that you ​​​ keep me updated and informed of any health changes, and any changes to the information provided on your client intake form, such as contact information.

Your appointments are reserved for you exclusively.  If you find that you are unable to attend your appointment, notification is requried at least 12 hours in advance.  Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in an invoice billed to the address listed on your intake form for the FULL amount due for the appointment scheduled.  Exceptions are made due to illness; under certain circumstances when it is not advisable to receive treatment.  This protects me and other clients from exposure.  If you are suffering from an illness or unsure about receiving treatment, please consult me as soon as possible.  Exceptions are made due to certain emergency circumstances.   Please communicate with me as soon as you are able; life happens, please keep the lines of communication open as I have reserved this time exclusively for you.

If you arrive late for your scheduled session time, you will recieve treatment for the time remaining from your scheduled appointment, however, you will be charged for the origininally scheduled appointment time.  Please drive safely, I make all attempts to accomodate you as much as possible.

Healing Hearts Therapeutics follows the JCPS inclement weather schedule.  If classes are cancelled and sessions are subsequently cancelled (by either client or practicioner) you will not be charged for that session.  If classes are in session, the office is open and sessions proceed as scheduled

All packages and gift certificates are to be paid up front and in full.  They are subject to a 1 year expiration date.
